Leverage the strengths of your team and show appreciation for individual talents. In this new era, you will find “hidden” strengths and technical “know how” within your team that will help enhance your virtual collaboration. 4. Be Agile
Take incremental steps, take quick wins, repeat the good and do not hold onto “norms”. Create new ones!
