With over 30 years of industry experience, Mike is a subject matter expert on a variety of topics including UC infrastructure, Cloud Video/Audio Conferencing, Room Scheduling, Digital Signage, Performance Sound as well as Audio Capture and Recording.
With an extensive background in Audio Visual and Technology Unified Communications and Video Conference design, Roberto has over 7 years of experience in the AV Industry. Roberto has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering and holds several AVIXA, Extron, Crestron and BrightLink Certifications.
Jon has 10 years of experience in AV design and a degree in computer engineering, with very strong networking background. He also has extensive experience with a variety of Video conferencing systems and is able to configure and troubleshoot both endpoints and infrastructure issues.
