Jim Gragtmans, Partner
With more than 25 years of experience in building corporate and entrepreneurial organizations, Jim has a proven track record for developing rapid growth, customer service based strategies. In previous engagements, Jim has held positions as COO at the software development company Armor Technologies, Vice-President of The Biodiesel Company – a renewable fuels producer and Vice President of Sales for Compugen Services – a national computer integration company. He has also served as an independent consultant, business coach and industry mentor.
He is actively involved in his community as the Chair for the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and also sits as the Vice-Chair of the Newmarket Economic Development Advisory Committee (NEDAC)...
Paul Gragtmans, Partner
Paul has twenty eight years of Senior Management, Sales, Marketing and Operational experience in the IT and Wireless Communications technology industries and brings a practical and insightful approach into today’s technology environment
Paul has held leadership positions at both large corporate companies (IBM Canada - General Manager positions), and at several technology start ups. His results-oriented drive, real world insight and innovative leadership have spawned successful strategies, coupled with practical planning and implementation.
His focus at ET Group is to a continuous drive to bring ongoing value to the customer.
Dirk Propfe, Partner
Dirk is a natural problem-solver with international work experience. He is fluent in German and Spanish and a graduate with distinction of the HBA program at the Richard Ivey School of Business. At ET Group, Dirk has been involved in all areas of the business including strategy, sales, finance and operations management. Previously, Dirk worked as a consultant at CGI Group working on large IT and business process outsourcing deals. Dirk was also part of the strategic planning and execution group at Telus Mobility and worked in Belgium for Daikin Europe where he was part of the corporate finance team.
From a business perspective, Dirk is interested in building strategic partnerships and fast growth strategies as well as optimizing operational processes. On a more personal note, Dirk enjoys travelling, scuba diving, golfing and cooking.
