Teknion World HQ: Communicating a bolder image
International office furniture systems leader Teknion wanted to outfit a corporate boardroom for their head office that accurately reflected the high-tech image and capabilities of the company. They approached ET Group to design the AV portion of the boardroom.
The little project that grew
In the end ET Group’s involvement went significantly beyond the boardroom initially discussed. We worked with Teknion’s design team to create a complete solution for several key rooms at their world headquarters.
Innovations presented innovatively
The main boardroom is now fully automated with video projection and equipped for audio conferencing. Flat-screen displays were selected for the meeting rooms with which to stage sophisticated electronic presentations to clients. A theatre room accommodates large audiences and is equipped with audio, video and lighting all controlled via wireless touch panel. A four-screen video wall now greets clients in Teknion’s main foyer, carrying company messages and building directions. In all, a state-of-the-art communications infrastructure reflecting a powerful corporate image.
