The bank had had an existing videoconferencing platform installed in its executive boardrooms by a previous vendor, but were disappointed in its less-than-effective integration with existing boardroom audio-visual equipment. ET Group was invited to provide an assessment along with options to upgrade the existing boardrooms and rectify the situation.
