Rogers: Call centres get top gear to improve service
The telecom giant came to us with a request to design a means to communicate to call centre staff through a digital signage system that would allow staff to manage customer data quickly, efficiently and effectively.
Call centres are all on the right page
ET Group installed an Info-Vision High-Vu system that displays incentive programs, promotional programs and other staff-related information in Rogers’ major call centres. Today, Rogers enjoys an effective communication tool that has been standardized across all of its call centres.
