Bank of Scotland, Canadian HQ

The Bank of Scotland needed to enhance communications between its Canadian and UK offices in order to speed up the decision-making process on important matters of business. They came to ET Group asking for ideas.

More communication, less travel

As an integral part of the client’s expansion in Canada, ET Group initially provided the design, and then the installation of videoconferencing and meeting room equipment. The design included detailed specifications and drawings, which were provided to the various trades involved in the build-out.

Part of daily business

The new videoconferencing systems allow Bank of Scotland management to hold worldwide internal meetings without the need to leave the office. The system is now used on a daily basis as a tool to link Canadian and UK offices.
