King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) Project, Saudi Arabia
Business Case:
Build a world class university that includes a state of the art audio visual design for its various meeting rooms and classrooms. ET Group was contracted by HOK to provide the AV design specifications for this world class project.
The Solution:
- Complete AV design with CAD drawings and detailed specifications for the following buildings:
- Yacht Club
- Large Multipurpose Rooms
- Small Presentation Rooms
- Five Star Restaurant
- KAUST Square Library
- Public Library (Lobby, Seminar Rooms)
- KAUST Square Theatre Building
- Various Meetings Rooms for management team
- Exterior Festival AV Infrastructure
- Provide oversight on the deployment of the design
The Result:
The design effort is resulting in a successful deployment of leading edge technology. This project included creative application of audio and visual communication infrastructure in non-traditional spaces.
